From refined small plates to fire-led feasts and bold global flavours, every trader is carefully selected for quality, creativity and integrity. This is not generic festival catering — it’s serious food, cooked with intent.

Cornish produce sits at the heart of the programme, from day-boat seafood to seasonal vegetables and pasture-raised meats.

OPEN FIRE COOKING

At the centre of the festival, flame becomes theatre.

Throughout the weekend, chefs cook over wood and charcoal in live sessions that celebrate simplicity, technique and exceptional ingredients. Smoke, salt air and Atlantic light combine to create something elemental.

This is food stripped back to its origins — honest, instinctive and proudly Cornish.
