LOCATION
Newquay Food Festival takes place at Killacourt, a central clifftop green space in the heart of Newquay overlooking the Atlantic.
The site is open-air and within walking distance of most areas of town, beaches, and accommodation.
GETTING HERE
By Rail
Newquay railway station is approximately a five-minute walk from Killacourt. The station operates year-round services, with additional direct routes from London Paddington during the summer months.
By Bus
Newquay is served by Transport for Cornwall and First Kernow bus services. Please check the current timetables before travelling.
By Car
Nearby car parks include Mount Wise, Belmont, St George’s Road, and Fore Street. Both short- and long-stay options are available. Charges and availability are managed by Cornwall Council.
We recommend allowing extra time during peak periods.

Killacourt offers step-free access throughout the site, with improved pavements and pathways to support wheelchair users and those with mobility needs.
Accessible toilets are available on site. A Changing Places facility is located at Killacourt.

Newquay Food Festival is an outdoor coastal event.
Please dress appropriately for changing weather conditions. The site is exposed to coastal winds and sun.
The event will go ahead in most weather conditions.
A curated selection of independent traders, visiting kitchens, and Cornish producers will be serving throughout the weekend.
• Outside food and drink are not permitted (except baby food or specific medical requirements).
• Alcohol will be served to those aged 18+ with valid ID (Challenge 25 applies).
• Alcohol must remain within the designated festival area.
• Allergen information is available directly from traders — please speak to them before purchasing if you have specific requirements.
Most traders accept card payments. We recommend bringing a contactless payment method.
Cash acceptance may vary between traders.
The festival includes communal dining areas and seating throughout the site. Seating is available on a first-come basis and cannot be reserved.
Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome. Owners are responsible for their animals at all times.
Newquay Food Festival operates with a professional event management and security team throughout the weekend.
24-hour on-site security is in place for the duration of the event.
First aid services are available during opening hours.
